To be completely free in yourself, in your body and your life, it is necessary to release and let go of the energies of whatever you are holding on to. Holding it in blocks you from being present in this moment. Letting it out, it is just releasing the energy and creating space, freedom and presence.
When you feel life is taking you over, it is there where you need the tools to manage your life, instead of coping and surviving.
When you sit in the backseat of the car and you are complaining of where the car is going, you are in your reactions to life. Your attention is either in the past, you react out of your memories, or your attention is in the future. Then you are not in the present moment and are occupied in the mind.
The exercises in IKYA Meditation will assist you in stepping into the driver’s seat of the car, you take the steering wheel, you take authority and become the co-creator of your life.
You become present in and to your life. That is why you need to include absolutely everything, to be able to incarnate fully.
The exercises are simple, powerful, playful, very effective and you can apply them directly into your daily life. Every moment, every situation is your spiritual practice, because your spiritual life and your daily life is one and the same.
IKYA Meditation™ is an active, guided and playful meditation. You are working with activating all your senses, your body, your mind and your life. We are using
movement, visualizations, voice, mantra’s, breathing and stillness to release whatever is standing in your way for you to be the meditative state.
Because your core, your true nature is the meditative state.
The sessions are open for everyone, If you are a starter or more experienced in meditation, you can apply the exercises to any spiritual practice.
Just come with a curious and open mind.
